Stevie Wonder is celebrated globally as one of music’s greatest visionaries, but away from the charts and concert halls, he is a father to nine children. Spanning generations, his kids have built distinctive careers across fashion, entrepreneurship, and music while staying deeply bonded to their legendary father.

Across three marriages and relationships, Wonder expanded his close-knit family over four decades. From inspiring immortal anthems to sharing world stages with him, each child has carved out their own space in the spotlight.

Born on February 2, 1975, to Wonder and his partner Yolanda Simmons, Aisha famously provided the emotional spark for the classic 1976 track “Isn’t She Lovely?”.

“The sound of my daughter Aisha splashing in the bathtub created a picture. That was emotion stuck in a moment, and that can never, ever be taken away.” — Stevie Wonder

Aisha grew up to perform alongside her father on multiple worldwide tours, including his Live At Last concerts. In 2005, their duet “How Will I Know” earned a nomination for Best R&B Performance By A Duo or Group with Vocals, and she has served as musical director at KJLH, the radio station owned by Wonder.

There, he co-founded the record label Stay Gold and established himself behind the decks as DJ Jersey Wonder. Keita is also a father to son Asmar and daughter Lula.

On October 13, 1983, Wonder welcomed Mumtaz Ekow Morris with singer Melody McCully. Although Mumtaz initially focused on football, music pulled him back at age 17.

He studied business at Norfolk State University before providing backing vocals on Wonder’s tracks, including “Do It Well” and “Where Is Our Love Song.” Alongside his performances, Mumtaz has worked as an insurance field adjuster and independent consultant while raising five children with his wife Candice.

She also coordinated UNESCO’s World Day for African and Afrodescendant Culture in Costa Rica and produced the 2021 Global Citizen Live concert in Los Angeles.

Kwame also serves as a strategic advisor for venture firms and composes music alongside prominent hip-hop producers. In 2017, he stood side-by-side with his father at Global Citizen Festival when both took a knee against injustice.

Wonder and his wife, Tomeeka Robyn Bracy, share two daughters: Zaiah and Nyah. Zaiah joined her siblings on the 2020 single “Where Is Our Love Song” and sang on stage during the annual House Full of Toys Benefit Concert.

Nyah was born in December 2014, with Wonder announcing her arrival to dispel wild rumors that triplets were on the way. Her name means “purpose,” and she has already added her vocals to her father’s multi-sibling charity recordings.

✨ Stevie Wonder’s children continue to show that artistic excellence runs deep across every branch of their family tree.

📱 From international stages to independent design studios, they represent a versatile, modern creative legacy.
